When you want to feel full after a hard workout
INGREDIENTS
- Magic Mills Sorghum Pearls – 10 dkg
- Grilled vegetables:
- Courgettes – 5 dkg
- Yellow peppers – 5 dkg
- Onion – 5 dkg
- Mushrooms – 5 dkg
- Chicken breast – 20 dkg
PREPARATION
- Fry the sorghum pearls in a little oil, then add 5 times the amount of boiling water and cook until tender.
- Chop the vegetables and sauté in a little oil.
- Season with salt, thyme and garlic.
- When ready, stir in the cooked sorghum.
- Fry the chicken breasts in a little oil with salt and pepper until done.
If you prefer a spicier flavour, you can vary the meat with different herbs or barbecue mixes. If you do not eat meat, you can substitute grilled cheese or tofu.
