  • Carbonara Sorghum Spaghetti

    INGREDIENTS

    • Magic Mills Spaghetti – 10 dkg
    • Egg yolks – 3 pcs
    • Bacon – 5 dkg
    • Cream – 2 dl
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Parsley
    • Parmesan

    PREPARATION

    1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the packet instructions.
    2. Fry the bacon in a little oil.
    3. Mix the cream with the egg yolks and pour over the bacon.
    4. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce and serve with parmesan and parsley.
