Add some colour to your meals!
INGREDIENTS
- Magic Mills Tagliatelle – 10 dkg
- Beetroot – 10 dkg
- Salt, pepper
- Tofu – 20 dkg
- Soy sauce – 0.5 dl
- (Parmesan to serve – can be omitted)
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated on the packet, drain, rinse and toss in a little oil.
- Cook the beetroot until soft. Leave them to cool in their own juice, then puree them, adding more juice if necessary.
- Mix the beetroot puree with the pasta and season to taste.
- Stir-fry the tofu in soy sauce in a hot frying pan, add to the pasta and serve.
